Losing Frontpage password protection

I am using Frontpage 2003.
I have built my website and uploaded it.
I am using a 3rd party biller suchas paycom.net and paycom has logged into
my site's server and installed password protection on my site.

But every time I edit my site and publish through Frontpage 2003 I lose
the uploads and password protection paycom has installed thus every time
I have to have paycom re-install their password protection.

What can I do to prevent this?
