Frank Saunders solution - unexpected result

I used Frank Saunders steps to delete a message that prompted the "unknown
error" message. Now, everytime I access WinMail, I get a whole new branch of
"recovered mail". Any ideas on how I can stop this proliferation of
"recovery"?

Being a newbie to this sort of support, I guess I grabbed at the first straw.
Thanks for your pointers; the rightly signalled "labourious" "Reset" worked
fine.

There are two solutions to your current dilemma.
a. Go through the somewhat laborious "Reset Windows Mail" process:
