An INBOX mesage that wont delete

I have Vista and I recieved an email from a familiar source today which will
not delete. I've looked at other posting and solutions did not help such as
the layout solution.

now it tells me that an unknown error has occurred, then "Windows Mail
encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your
computer for low memory or low disk space and try again."

Help please

Update . I worked for me.

I had this nightmare problem ever since installing Windows Vista Home
Premium. Thousands of other users have it too. And technical support has no
answers.
However, I had to reinstall Windows last week (for a different reason) and
now Mail works like it's supposed to. This is a drastic solution, but it's
the only one I've found.
