Windows Mail Folders Disappearing

hi, i have a problem where a whole load of folders just disappeared from
windows mail, i am now getting a folder called Recovered Messages which has
folders inside with date and time on them, there is nothing in these
folders, everytime i open Mail I get more and more of these folders.

Your Windows Mail message store has become corrupt, probably
due to running a non-compatible antivirus.
I suggest you consider upgrading to Windows Live Mail, because
it is less prone to suffering bad effects from overly aggressive
antivirus programs: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

In any case, email scanning in any antivirus must be disabled, to
