Help,

Like many people in this posting group, I have had to restore my Outlook
data onto a new hard drive (from a backup). Unhiding directories and doing
a search on .pst file, I was able to find and load my archive.pst. The
problem is that I only see sent mail. Contacts, email folders, etc. are all
blank.

Doest this have to do with using Outlook for POP email services instead of
Exchange? Would I need to find the .ost files also?

Here is the crux of my issue. I am restoring off of a backup, and I do not
have search functionality. I manually search high and low for an
outlook.pst (or any .pst for that matter), and was unable to find anything
other than archive.pst (and yes, I was looking in the default location
(local settings\Applications Data\Microsoft\Outlook)). Are there any other
locations that this file typically shows up? I have never manually changed
it's location, so I am surprised that it is not in the default locations.

I think I am pretty much dead in the water on this one.
