Dear Roady,
Exchange Outlook
We have several user whose PST size more than 1GB, they
don't like to keep the Archive folder, so the PST is
increasing.
My question is - How about, if I use mail storage in
Exchange only, and the user check for the mail, where it
will be stored, like from home-how can he able to view his
mail.
If he using one more SMTP/POP account, then where is this
mails are stored under existing pst file?
I have checked one of the Exchange MVP he says, the
automatically "send/receive copy forwarding" settings in
Exchange only and there is nothing to do with outlook is
it correct?
What is OST - this is the one I am talking about keeping
mail in the server.
pls advice
Best Regards
