No text visible in emails, but part text visible in preview pane?

When I preview my email messages I can read the first part of the message,
but when I open the email the text is not visible anymore. The email is blank!
The problem applies to emails sent to me in rich text and in HTML.
I copied the PST file from a Outlook 2000 version and use it now in Outlook
(Office) 2003.
I know there is text in the emails because when I load the pst in Outlook
2000 I can read it all.

The .pst file has a different format and folder size limit in Outlook 2003:
