forward message without the ">"

How do you forward messages using Windows Mail without the ">" being added to
everyline of the forwarded message. I do not like it when I receive messages
with the symbol, nor do I want to send them with it

If you receive an email this way and want to forward that email you can
delete each one.

However I don't think you can do anything about it to stop receiving them, I
BELIEVE it is something to do with the ISP as I have noticed that certain
ISPs contain that symbol and others don't.

Tools menu>options>send tab>mail sending format section>select your sending
format>remove check mark from indent.

It may also help if you go to tools>options>send, and remove the check mark
from 'reply in same format etc'?

If the message is plain text is is like this, if it is in HTML (Rich
Text) is will usually be a straight colored line, of course you can
change the character with most setups.
