Display name only in "To" address bar

Aside from downloading and using Windows Live, is there a way to have only
the name of the recipients in the "To" address bar and leave out the email
address? I am aware of using Bcc to send messages without any other names
show on the message. However, if you receive a message, say of a video clip,
that you want to forward to family and friends, it would be nice to let all
of your recipients know who you sent the message to so that they will know
who else received the message. This would prevent everyone from forwarding
the message to people who have already received it.

Once you send, only the display name is shown in the To field. Send a
message to yourself and you will see the results both in your Inbox and
Sent Items.

That said, if someone checks the message source of the e-mail, (Ctrl+F3),
the display name and address will appear. AFAIK, that is probably true of
all POP3 accounts.

Regardless of what you see, the full email address is in the To field.
If it wasn't, the message could not be delivered when you send it.
Some email programs (not Windows Mail) will temporarily hide the
email address in the To field while you are composing the message,
until such time as the message is sent, when it becomes unhidden.

As for what the recipient sees when he gets that email message, that
depends on the recipient's email program. You have no control over that.
