Replying or forwarding messages

I am using windows mail vista through netzero. I can send and receive
messages. However I can not forward or reply to messages. I get the error
message: Server error: 553, Error Number 0x800CCC78. Anyone have any idea
of what I can do?

That's not the complete error message.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
