I have been trouble sending messages for the past week. Came out of no where.
Please help. Error message is below.

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'yo', Account:
'pop.secureserver.net', Server: 'smtpout.secureserver.net', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '553 Sorry, over your daily relay limit.', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 553, Error Number: 0x800CCC78

The key part of your error message is "over your daily relay limit".
Windows Mail doesn't have a daily limit, so that error message is coming
from your mail service provider.
Give them a call, or else send the rest of your messages via a different
provider, or via webmail.
