The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'New
email addresses ', Account: 'pop.secureserver.net', Server:
'smtpout.secureserver.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '553 Sorry, that
domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 553, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Have you ever been able to send from your email account using that SMTP
server in Windows Mail?

Have you enabled the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
option for the account?

Your ISP may be blocking Port 25.

Make sure you have send authentication enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
The box for "My server requires authentication" must be checked.

If the problem continues, change the SMTP port from 25 to 80.
