THIS IS THE ERROR THAT I GET, RECENTLY DID AN UPDATE, IS THAT WHY WE ARE
HAVING PROBLEMS?

"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining

The error message seems rather self-explanatory.
You have sent more messages in one day than what your host allows.

Incidentally, how come you are not using your ISP's (Cox) SMTP server?
Cox probably has more generous limits.
