Often when I receive an email, it will have several
email addresses included above the main text. I want to
forward the email without all the other peoples email
addresses. Any clues? Any help would be appreciated.

When you forward the email, put each recipient in the BCC field
instead of the TO field. That should do the trick.

You could just left-click and drab the cursor across that portion of the
text in the message which contains their addresses and then hit the
backspace button. Is that what you mean? If you then want to forward the
email message to several people without all of their addresses appearing in
the Cc field, add their addresses into the Bcc field.

Not sure if I really answered your question or not.

Regards,
Ian.
