Forward and redirect not working

Hi, I have a problem with the redirect and forward rules in Outlook 2003. I
set it up to redirect or forward all of my incoming emails to a webmail
address with no exceptions and it doesn't work. When I set a forward rule and
click the box 'Run this rule on messages already in inbox' it forwards all of
the messages already in my inbox fine, however doesn't forward any future
emails that arrive in my inbox. Can anyone offer any suggestions on my this
isn't working?

Do you have any other rules set up that might be interfering with the forward
rule? Try adding "stop processing more rules" to the forward rule and see if
that helps.
