Font color on custom text boxes

Guest

I have slides that are custom made with text boxes. When I copy the slide
and paste into the new presentation, my text is not there. The text reverts
to the same color as the background. The background is blue and I want the
font to be white.

I went to format, font, and it shows the text as being white but when it is
pasted it does not reflect that.

Any suggestions.

Depends on what version of PPT. If using 2002+ be sure to click on the 'keep
source formatting' option, this takes advantage of the multiple master
slides. If using 2000-, there is no multiple master slide capability and
your slide will take on the characteristics of that presentations master
slide.

Thanks Troy, I am using PPT 2000. My slide master and title master are both
showing the font setting is black, but when I paste a custom slide into this
template, my fonts are all white. Is there a fix for this?
