Folders in reverse alphabetical order

I wander why my folders that are subfolders like folders in "My Pictures"
are now in a reverse alphabetical order.

I went here: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
and clicked on the "Increase folder view size to 8000" but I still can't get
them to be alphabetical.

My View settings in "arrange icons by..." Check marks are by: Alphabetical
and Auto Arrange.

Click on the name column heading in the right pane of explorer to sort by
name in ascending or descending order.
