Strange Reverse Alphabetical Order Issue

Alright, so as of late, when accessing files from within a program (i.e.,
Photoshop, Winamp, or Internet Explorer), when I choose the files, they are
all listed automatically in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A). So often, I
manually right click to arrange them in normal alphabetical order(A-Z). This
is getting very tedious. =/

The strange thing is, when accessing files from My Computer or Microsoft
Office, the files are listed by default in normal alphabetical order.

Is there any way I can reconfigure the display/ordering defaults to list in
normal alphabetical order again -without- having to right click and
re-arrange every single time?

Thanks in advance!

The sorting method is changed in Windows XP. The method that is used for
sorting is described at the following MSDN Web site: StrCmpLogicalW Function

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
