Folders in Links in IE6

I've created some folders in the links folder in IE6, and moved some
URL's into those folders. However, when I click on a folder on the
Links toolbar, then select a link within the folder, nothing happens.
Anyone have an idea why this isn't working correctly?

Go to a problem URL, then save it in the Links/Folder replace if prompted.
Does it work?
