Folder loads at Windows startup

When I boot up Windows XP, a window showing the contents of c:\program files\common\bin comes up
automatically. What causes this? How can I stop it?

That's only for Sys32

To OP:

Click Start > Run > type msconfig
Click OK > Go to Startup tab
Uncheck the item with "C:\Program Files\Common\Bin.." in path
Click OK > Choose "Exit without restart"
