Folder encryption and password

I have searched the KB, and I cannot get a "file/add password" prompt. What
am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Thank you for that information, but I was still unable to password protect
one folder. I am a stand alone user using XP Pro. I ended up using WinZip to
do it.

The point is Windows XP is not designed to protect a single folder, it
is designed to protect a profile.
You give users access to a Limited Profile and from there, they are
not able to access another's data as long as the requirements in the
link are followed.
