Folder automatically pops up at startup

How do I keep a particular folder from opening up
everytime my computer starts up? I'm assuming it is in my
startup somewhere but I have been unable to locate it. It
is a folder from the program files of a program I
recently installed. Do I need to uninstall the entire
program and start over?

Help -- it is getting frustrating everytime I log on to
have this window pop up.

Open the program that it is opening on the startup and
look under properties or options. Often enough, the open
on startup option is clicked or selected for you when you
install the program. Hope that helps.
