Flushing the ARP cache

My computers networking features started acting strange
lately. When I try to Repair my network connection I get

"The following steps of the repair operation failed:
Flushing the ARP cache."

does anyone know how to fix this?

well what would be a good direction to solve this?

I am having the same problem and there is no documentation
on this in the website.
