Im am trying to find out how I find out my ip,sub net &dhcp numbers
are...also what does flushing the arp cache mean as when I try to repair my
internet connection thats what it says failed to flush the ARP cache

WNTIPCFG.EXE Go to the Microsoft Download site and search for the file.
Download it and you'll then have your answers.

Open a command prompt and type:

IPCONFIG /ALL

to get IP address, netmask, etc.
