Flmnumavfnp service failed to start cause slow startup?

Each time i start my computer, there is a halt after everything is loaded. i
have to wait about 5 minutes to actually use my comptuer. During that time, i
can do nothing, taskbar is freezed any application i opened is halted,
however after 5 minutes the appication i have opened suddenly pop out.

So i opened the Event Viewer, the only Error i got it the following.

The Flmnumavfnp service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

Use sc query i found

You either have scumware that has installed itself as a service or you have
a virus.

Update your anti virus software and run a full system scan.

First. Make sure of these settings and nothing will install without you
answering YES. (Except what may install as part of some other software.)
Don't click YES if you don't know/trust the source.

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
Make sure both of these are NOT checked.

 Enable Install On Demand (Internet Explorer)

Is part of the driveby downloading of unwanted programs. i.e. Scumware or
whatever will install w/o you even being aware of it.

1) Download the following three items...

Trend Sysclean Package

Latest Trend signature files.

Adaware SE (personal free version)

Create a directory.
On drive "C:\"
(e.g., "c:\New Folder")
or the desktop
(e.g., "C:\Documents and Settings\lipman\Desktop\New Folder")

Download sysclean.com and place it in that directory.
Dowload the signature files (pattern files) by obtaining the ZIP file.
For example; lpt194.zip

Extract the contents of the ZIP file and place the contents in the same directory as
sysclean.com.

2) Update Adware with the latest definitions.
3) If you are using WinME or WinXP, disable System Restore

4) Reboot your PC into Safe Mode
5) Using both the Trend Sysclean utility and Adaware, perform a Full Scan of your
platform and clean/delete any infectors/parasites found.
6) Restart your PC and perform a "final" Full Scan of your platform using both the
Trend Sysclean utility and Adaware
7) If you are using WinME or WinXP,Re-enable System Restore and re-apply any
System Restore preferences, (e.g. HD space to use suggested 400 ~ 600MB),
8) Reboot your PC.
9) If you are using WinME or WinXP, create a new Restore point
10) Please report back your results
