I'm new to XP and to Outlook 2003. Can anyone help? Is there a way to mark the flag complete for a whole group of flagged messages? One by one takes soooooo long. TIA

Hi Gary,

if you select "ctrl+a" all messages will be marked. If you hold "shift" all
messages between the first mouseclick and the second mouseclick all messages
will be mark and with the hold "ctrl" and single mouseclicks you can select
single mails you want to mark.

Gary, use Ctrl+Click to select the flagged messages. Then right-click any
one of them, select Folow Up > Flag Complete.
