Exclude phrase from email

Hi Everyone,

We have a phrase in our outlook signature which I'm trying to exclude from Spell Check. We are on Windows 7, Office 2010

The phrase is

ONE ONE ONE

I have tried the following:

custom dictionaries - only looks at one word (one)
proofing/language - only skips the current email/phrase selected rather than global
do not flag repeated words - works great - except doesn't help for genuine genuine genuine repeated repeated repeated words words :fool:.

Any thoughts or assistance?
