Hi guys!

I choose the advance header option from a hotmail count. I can see de ip
address of the sender but I think that is not the real ip address, maybe one
proxy address.
How can I do to know the real sender address?

The farthest one down the line that you can usually trust is the one it
arrives from at a known server. Anything beyond that is suspect and may
be forged by the sender. Many worms send themselves out directly from the
infected machine, but most spam goes through open relays or proxies,
trojans, or cracked machines, which might not show where it really comes
from. But at least you know that the IP it arrives from to a knowm server
is not to be trusted.

But don't trust the name such a server identifies itself as. Lookup the
name for the IP in DNS or whois info.
