I recently moved my Program Files to a different partition using the LinkD utility to link "C:\Program Files" to "P:\Program Files". However shortly after moving it I discovered that the drive [C:\] was still expanding as I installed things on the Program Files partition. I removed the "Program Files" from C:\ and the size of the disk stayed the same. I checked the two folders remaining on [C:\] to find that they did not add up to the total disk space in use. I used the ChkDsk utility, and it stated "There is a problem with the file system" and asked if I wanted to check it when I rebooted. I did so several times, even using the Recovery console to run ChkDsk to no effect. The problem remains. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
