File sharing works one way, cannot share printer, ipconfig, browst

Can you please help with a frustrating issue I have?

Both PC's (Downstairs, Up) use XP pro, downstairs is hardwired to Linksys
WRT54Gs broadband router, Up connects via wireless linksys WUSB54GS

Workgroup is MSHOME

I have enabled Netbios over TCP/IP on both PC's

Up has a printer connected to it, it is shared.

Both Pc's have shared folders.

Downstairs firewall is on.

From Up I can see all shares on the downstairs computer, and copy files
to/from them.

From Downstairs:-

With Up zonealarm turned off, when adding a network printer, I can see the
printer on the up computer but get error
access is denied for the printer information and a "conect to Up" log on box
appears. I get error"Windows cannot
connect to the printer, error operation could not be completed"

In microsoft windows network > mshome > I click on Up and get "\\Up is not
accessible. You might not have permission
to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of the server to
find out if you have the access permissions
Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at
this computer"

Both guest accounts are turned on.

I am not sure how to resolve this issue, any help would be most welcome,
thanks.

Below are ipconfig /all and browstat staus for both, I am not sure how to
fix the error 5.

The first thing to do is uninstall any non-Microsoft firewall while setting
up or troubleshooting the network. Many third-party firewalls do not
disable completely or correctly.
