File Explorer back/undo/copy icons all missing after IE update

I have had this problem where my Back undo copy etc icons
all go missing as soon as I update to the latest service
pack of IE using windows update. After the update my
computer does not automatically restart like it is suppose
it instead it needs manual reboot. If I reinstall IE the
icons all show up again. But then IE needs updates again
because Downloading the latest IE is not possible. Wonder
if anyone know how to fix this problem and still be
current with my updates.

It is as soon as I do Update KB824145 that this issue
starts. I did that update alone and then my icons in file
explorer disappeared. I would like to have this update on
my computer but also would like my explorer bar to look
normal and operate correctly. Anyone else have this issue
with this update

Actually it is when i do any of the updates such as
KB824145, KB832483, Q329115, 823559, and 814078 seems like
when any of these are applied they erase those icons in
file explorer. Is there some way to restore them?

shy did i get 3 e-mails look like they are from microsoft
but are not. They tried to send me executibles which
microft should know that outlook dosnot acept such files.

Microsoft *does not* send out e-mails containing updates and never has/will.
These are viruses and should be trashed on sight.

I figured as much but from now on i will not place my main
e-mail on anything on this board becouse microsoft can not
keep it safe. It just gets spofed but anyways still
looking for a solution to my problem.

It just pisses me off that people have nothing better to
do then make fake patches and send out e-mails for them.
Man do i miss my linux box when this type of stuff hapnes.
Oh well still nobody with the same disapering icons in
file explorer.

Don't put your correct email address on *any* board - Microsoft just
sponsors these ones - they are *all* trawled for addresses continuously.

Then what is the point of have the field at all. why not
just remove it from the message board. That way you have
to input into your message if you want e-mail then you can
even use creative methods that avoid the crawlers. Any how
does anyone know an answer on how to get my icons to show
back up in file exploror. I have reinstaled IE brings them
back untill live update then they go away again. Like a
cycle of death.
