Trying to backup files so I can download sp1.
When I use the backup wizard it does not rcognize E:\drive
It is in the list along with A; and F: which both seem to
work, but when I choose E; I get the backup utility
panel that says: Backup file name could not be used
E:\Backup.bkf Please insure it is a valid path, and you
have sufficient access.
Have no trouble with A; or F:, but want to use CD's.
I have no problem useing E: drive for anything else.

Need assistance
Thx

ntbackup does not support burning to CD. See article: Windows Backup Does Not Back Up to CD-R, CD-RW, or DVD-R Devices http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;315255. I recommend getting a 3rd party imaging program, I use TrueImage from www.acronis.com HTH.
