Not with Windows Fax over your Internet connection. To use Windows Fax,
you must have an analog fax modem connected to an analog telephone line.

There are, of course, email-to-fax and fax-to-email services available,
most for a fee.

The faxing will not work, since it requiring an analog phone
connection. You can use www.faxzero.com to send your faxes and
www.faxsv.com in order to receive. Both free.
