Fax won't answer

I still cannot get windows xp to anwer the fax. I notice in properties that
the fax modem says: Smartlink Ver. 3.80.01MCI5 voice modem. Does this mean
that it is only voice? Seems wierd. The smarklink page says they don't make
modems. the modem has UTK MTEL 16-A printed on a sticker, but I can't find a
site for any company like that.

How can I get the modem and windows to work together?

Make sure you use a modem that supports Class 1 or 2 fax and is on the
Windows XP HCL list.
