Fax service problem

Hi to all,

I experience a problem trying to send a fax from the printer word function.
All seem OK:

The fax and telecopy service is started, when I choose the fax device to print my Word text (*.doc), a new window appears asking me the phone nulber number for the sending action. Then, a new screen appears exposing the manage by the system to send this document.


The number is composed by the modem dialer, I hear the noise made by it and then the try to send the first page is written.

Ok all is right. But nothing is sent and the destination fax is waiting my text (that what said the guy near the destination device). At the end, an error occurs explaining that the printing has been aborted because of the destination device.


The destination device was waiting for any document to print but anything has been sent.


What's wrong in this configuration?
