Fax Monitor

Fax Monitor does not pop up when receiving a fax. Modem
is Zoom v92 3025C Internal modem. Also it does not state
that fax has been received. It just keeps
saying "receiving fax" even after completion.
 
SP1 is included on my XP CD so it's part of my XP
installation.
