I wish someone would answer this. I have been having the same problem for
weeks.
I have a large file that I use frequently. Every time I try to work on it,
it crashes. I get an error message: "Microsoft Excel has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I do send the error report, but do not get directed to any solutions.
What is the problem? Why is it closing and loosing my new data? How do I fix
it?
If Microsoft is so sorry for the inconvenience, why can I not find a solution?
