Fault shutsdown computer

My computer has shutdown a few times & then restarted
today,the error log was-(Friday, 31 October 2003 Service
Control Manager The following boot-start or system-start
driver(s) failed to load: cdudf_XP tvtool)

TVTOOL sounds like a program I deleted a while ago,did a
search for it but couldn't find it.How can I find it and
delete it.

You can try to disable it when you run Msconfig, check in the Services tab
in Msconfig

I doubt this can cause your shutdown problems, I would test your system
memory with Windows Memory Diagnostic
