FATAL ERROR

I did a critical update for my moms computer last night
and now it won't turn on!

It says:

STOP: c000021a (Fatal System Error)
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated
unexpectedly with a astaus of 0*00000080
(0*0000000 0*0000000)
The system has been shut down

What can I do do get into safe mode?fatal error

I also have the same problem and just can't seem to get it right..
