Fast User switching now gone after PATCHING XP

The latest patches (MS03-041-044) have BROKEN fast user
switching. It is an option, selectable in control panel,
but the setting now doesn't stick!

It WAS working. But because of Microsoft patches, it now
doesn't! Isn't there any amount of reasonable testing
done in the Microsoft camp??

After updates no probs here. FUS is working on three xp boxes, Super FUS is
working on one xp box.
