Failed to initialize (Active directory users and computer)

When i click "Start/Program/Administrative tools/Active
directory users and computer" to add an user. I got an
error message
"Failed to initialize snap-in.
Name: Active directory users and computer.
CLSID:{E355E538-1C2E-11D0-8C37-00C04FD8FE93}"

My OS is Windows 2000 server.

Please help!

There may be a dll missing or corrupt. You can run sfc to check it.
