F11 key

When using the f11 key I lose my bottom tool bar. When I f11 again it does
nothing. I have to sign out of the internet and sign off. Then when I go back
to my desk top my toolbar is back. I don't use IE. I am using SBC Yahoo. Is
there anything I should be doing different for the shortcut key to work?
There is one site that always makes me resize.

My suggestion would to not use the F11 key if you want the "SBC Yahoo
toolbar" to work.

I don't lose the SBC toolbar it's my personal toolbar. I have to use F11 on
one certain site or I can't access my banking. It's more than likely a
problem with that site but I thought maybe someone would know how to get it
back without signing off.

Personal toolbar? Are you referring to a "Taskbar toolbar" on the
desktop? If so try r-click the Desktop and select "Refresh".
