Full Screen (F11) fails to work in some windows.

Full Screen (F11) fails to work in some windows. Onlt the original window of
IE 7.xxx. This is a recent phenomon. I always used to be able to hide
toolbars before. Now only the original screen is "Full" and subsequent ones
refuse to go "Full Screen" with F11 or the "Full Screes" icon on the taskbar.

As of late, have seen many posts of this - especially Dell systems. If this
is the case, I would suggest trying one of their forums and/or faq's.
