I can't use my explorer, it keeps telling me that the page
is unavalible, and I can't get into outlook. My internet
provider tells me that I am connected. I'm sure this is
an easy fix, could someone please assit me.

I don't know if this will help. But if you are using a cable modem and especially if got it from your provider check it. I had the same problem and they said I was connected and spent about 3 hours on the phone with them before they finally sent someone out and found that the modem they sent me did not work. Hope this helps
