Help Me Please

I can't use my explorer, it tells me that page unavalible
and my outlook express will not work. I tried to
reinstall my windows and that didn't work.

There is a very similar problem found on the next page. I don't know if this will help. But if you are using a cable modem and especially if got it from your provider check it. I had the same problem and they said I was connected and spent about 3 hours on the phone with them before they finally sent someone out and found that the modem they sent me did not work. Hope this helps
