You don't provide enough information for anyone to help you. Post back
with 1) system specs; 2) what changed between the time things worked
and the time things didn't. If you aren't computer savvy enough to
provide this information (and it's no shame to admit you're not), then
the best thing to do is take the box to a good local computer repair
shop (not a BestBuy or CompUSA type store).
