Explorer.exe Aplication Error

I am running windows XP Pro SP2
When I use windows explorer to browse a particular folder
I am receiving this error ....

EXPLORER.EXE - APLICATION ERROR
The instruction at "0x7c9111e0" referenced memory at "0x006a0032". The
Memory could not be "read"
Click on OK to terminate the program


The error only occurrs when I scroll to the second screen to see the second
half of the files in the folder

can anyone help me with the meaning of this error and a possible solution so
I can acess the files in this directory

Graham, scroll down a couple of messages and see if your not getting the
same thing as I am. There doesn't seem to be an answer.
