When I right click on my desktop I get this message Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the convenience. In the mod name line to dlls show up: ntdll.dll and mscvrt.dll. Is there any way to fix this? I've formatted the hard drive and reinstalled a clean copy of xp on it and still get this message. How can I fix this?
