I am having a HUGE problem. When I attempt to insert an attachment to email,
Outlook Express crashes. Specificially, this only happens when attempting to
attach a document that is not in a folder. I can attach documents that are in
a folder.
I get an error message that reads: Error signature: App Name: msimn.exe; App
Ver. 6.0; Mod Name: ntdll.dll;
Next, I opened Windows Explorer and searched for a document on my C drive.
When I get to the section that shows documents that are not in a folder, WE
crashes. I get an error message that reads: Error signature: App Name:
explorer.exe; Ver. 6.0.2900.1280; Mod Name: ntdll.dll; Mod Ver: 5.1.2600
I have followed all instructions on the document titled: "Turn off Internet
Explorer add-ons - This has not fixed my problem.
Please HELP!!!!!!!!!
