Explorer crashes when viewing My Documents files

When I open My Documents folder win explorer crashes . I get an error saying
" is3hook.dll " is the problem . What is this file for and why is it
crashing my explorer only when I open this one folder I have searched my hd's
and it is located in windows/system 32 folder . I cannot delete this file .

What does the file properties say? Company name, Product name etc.

Yes i am using stopzilla is this the problem . Do i have to uninstall
stopzilla or is there a fix for this .

Not sure if there is a fix. I would uninstall and reinstall the product. If that does not help, check with StopZilla Tech support.
